Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

The manga comes from writer Kanehito Yamada and artist Tsukasa Abe, and is currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan).
Set in a world after the Demon King was defeated by the hero and his party, the story follows Frieren, a magician who has lived for over a thousand years and who helped defeat the Demon King alongside the hero, as she journeys with the new people she encounters.
