It is the year 2040 AD. On the planet Eden, the "Super Nova" project is underway to select the pilot of the next main variable fighter.
Isamu, one of the test pilots for Super Nova, reunites with his old friends Guld and Myung on Eden.
The destinies of three people who had a connection in the past intersect once again.
This is an OVA work planned and produced in parallel with the "Macross 7" TV series, with Shoji Kawamori serving as the general director. The battle scenes by "Itano Circus" are particularly spectacular.
It is also known as a work that introduced CG in the early stages in anticipation of the digitization of Japanese animation. There was a movie version released, cut from the OVA and adding new scenes.

The protagonist's mobile suit, the YF-19, from "MACROSS PLUS" is back! It retains the same proportions and transformation ver. A.N.I.M.E., but comes with a new "pinpoint barrier punch effect" that is more faithful to the design in the series!
From the OVA "MACROSS PLUS," the prototype "YF-19" developed by Shinsei Industries as part of the next-generation all-spectrum fighter development project, "Project Supernova," is now on sale.

The three-stage transformation of the "YF-19" has been realized. The image shows the fighter form. The characteristic forward-swept wing shape has been reproduced. It also has a variable-wing ver. A.N.I.M.E..

Comes with a new model "Pinpoint Barrier Punch Effect". We are particular about the shape and coloring expression closer to the image in the play.
The double-seat cockpit is reproduced with the opening and closing of the canopy. A total of 3 types of cockpit figures, 2 types of Isamu Dyson and 1 type of Jan Neumann, are included.
Built-in landing gear. Even in fighter mode, it can be placed on the ground and decorated.
A gun pod is included. Can be suspended even in fighter mode.
Active posing is possible with the movable axis of the thigh part. 3 types of hand parts with different facial expressions are also included.
The movable shaft on the lower leg allows you to open your legs beautifully when in Gerwalk form.
A special pedestal is included. It corresponds to three forms.
