Evangelion
An anime series depicting boys and girls who pilot giant, humanoid battle weapons called "Evangelions" in their battle against the mysterious enemies known as "Angels." The 1995 broadcast of Neon Genesis Evangelion started a huge craze and the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which began in 2007, gained the series even more fans.
