Hyper agent "GRIDMAN" from "Gridman", a special effects hero work produced by Tsuburaya Productions daction that was broadcast in 1993, has been sculpted by S.H.Figuarts (SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU)!

For "S.H.Figuarts (SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU) GRIDMAN", we scanned the entire body of Hiroyuki Okano, who was the suit actor for "Gridman". The proportions of GRIDMAN at the time of broadcast were thoroughly reproduced by layering the modeling based on his physique and skeletal structure. The appearance of the figure is exactly that of the "dream hero" of that era, who was once active on the stage of the computer world.

Not only the reproduction of the proportions, but also the modeling of the suit itself is the result of extraordinary attention to detail. In addition to the same S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Series supervision by LSS, the same Tsuburaya Productions duction modeling department, the new "S.H.Figuarts (SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU) GRIDMAN" is supervised by Takafumi Kamafuchi, who was involved in the modeling of the GRIDMAN suit at the time.
The suit was designed to reflect the unique opinions of Kanbuchi, who knows the real thing, and not only does it capture distinctive features such as the "Acceptor" attached to the left arm and the blue "Tryjuster" parts on the chest and abdomen, but it also thoroughly reproduces the texture of the "Tectalion Armor" reinforced armor that covers the entire body, and the material of the boots.

Seven types of interchangeable wrists are included for each side. The wrists are also based on Okano's scan data, and even the fine details of the fingertips are reproduced through the sculpture.

The included replacement wrist parts include one for fighting scenes, as well as one for speaking from the screen of the handmade computer "Junk"! These wrist parts are indispensable for GRIDMAN, who fights together with the brave boys and girls.

The entire body, which has been sculpted to look just like the real thing, incorporates the mobility technology cultivated by TAMASHII NATIONS to recreate the brave figure of GRIDMAN as he fights to protect peace in both the computer world and the real world.
A wide range of motion is achieved by using soft parts for some of the torso and by using pull-out ver. A.N.I.M.E. for the shoulders and hips. You can freely create a variety of memorable poses, such as the "Neo Superconducting Kick" and "Fixer Beam".

Effect parts for recreating GRIDMAN 's signature technique, the "Grid Beam," are also included! GRIDMAN 's forearm has a roll axis, so you can align his gaze with the direction of the beam.
The knee armor also reproduces the structure of the suit, which is independent from the thighs, and moves in tandem with the movement of the knees. This makes it possible to realistically reproduce the "floating" of the knee armor that occurs when the character lowers his hips and takes a low-center-of-gravity stance during actions.

Also included is an "Assist Weapon" developed to support GRIDMAN. With SHINKOCCHOU SEIHOU every single one of these weapons is recreated to be as authentic as possible, and the "Barrier Shield", the first assist weapon to appear in the film, has a folding structure based on a filming prop. By replacing the tip and grip parts, it can be transformed into the "Thunder Axe". Furthermore, by transforming and combining the "Plasma Blade" and "Barrier Shield", it is possible to recreate the deadly lightning and lightning sword "GRIDMAN Sword".

One of the great attractions of GRIDMAN is fighting with assist weapons created by the imaginations of boys and girls. Have fun recreating the scenes you imagined!
