When I get to the office, I check my emails immediately. Since I mainly deal with overseas agents and sales companies, emails often arrive late at night due to the time difference, so I check those emails.

We hold online meetings with our North American distributors. Because of the time difference, we usually hold these meetings in the morning.

I share with my team how to proceed with the cases I am in charge of and any issues I need to discuss. I also check whether the conditions are in place for the distributors I am in charge of to ship their products, and the departure status of ships for shipment.

In the afternoon, I prepare materials for a meeting with a client. I put together information about the event and how to display the products.

I buy a packed lunch and eat it in the break space in the office while I take a break.

We handle the procedures for shipping products ordered by overseas business partners by ship. In addition to handling orders, we also handle the preparation of documents for shipping products to business partners and liaise with overseas warehouses.

We create materials for business negotiations with clients. We summarize key products and promotional ideas for those products in the materials.

In the evening, since it is morning in the European area that I am in charge of, I will hold online meetings. I will coordinate the contents of exhibits at overseas events. When an event is held, I will go on a business trip overseas and handle the setup on-site.

After the two-hour meeting, we compiled the contents of the meeting into a document and shared it by email with our team and clients. Since we were communicating in a second language, it was a good idea to share the document in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

I use flextime to come to work early in the morning, so once work is done I can go home early and play games at home to refresh myself. By using flextime to suit my lifestyle, I can make sure I have enough time to refresh myself!
