マジンガーZ革進が「アイアンカッター」「ドリルミサイル」「サザンクロスナイフ」などの新造武器を装備した「強化型」でファン待望の登場！番組後期の設定デザインに合わせて頭部造形も一新。新規造形の「ジェットパイルダー」は主翼とエンジンが可動し、磁石で頭部に合体。コクピットには「兜甲児」の姿を再現。強化型ジェットスクランダーとミサイルパンチ射出ギミックも装備！
『マジンガーZ』番組後期の設定画に合わせ頭部と両腕を新規造形。「ジェットパイルダー」「アイアンカッター」「ドリルミサイル」「後期型ジェットスクランダー」を装備したマジンガーZ最強の姿が「革進」で登場！
前腕左右に広がる刃「アイアンカッター」が装備された新規造形の両腕が付属。上腕に内蔵された射出装置によって両腕ともに発射が可能。革進構造による肘の回転・可動と射出ギミックを両立。
新型武装「ドリルミサイル」が装備された両腕が新規造形で付属。肘が折れ曲がって「ドリルミサイル」の発射孔が出現する。
腹部装甲を換装すると「ミサイルパンチ」発射器が出現！背中のスイッチ操作でミサイル弾を射出できる。ミサイル弾は3発付属。
平手ハンドパーツは手首が上方にスイング可動。革進の全身関節構造と合わせて力強いポージングが可能！
「超合金魂 GX-111 グレートマジンガー 革進 -KAKUMEI SHINKA-」（別売り）と並び立つGX-117 マジンガーZ（強化型）革進！「ダブルマジンガー」と呼ばれる両雄はこの2体のそろい踏みだ！
「ホバーパイルダー」に替わる新型マシン「ジェットパイルダー」が新規造形で付属。主翼の展開・格納が可能。ジェットエンジンが垂直離着陸モードに可変する。クリアパーツのコクピット内には「兜甲児」の姿を再現。
「ジェットパイルダー」は頭部のマグネットの磁力で合体「パイルダーオン」！マジンガーZの操縦メカとなる。番組後期に描き直された設定画に合わせてマジンガーZの頭部も完全新規造形！
紅の翼に新たに装備された武器「サザンクロスナイフ」の発射孔が付いた「後期型ジェットスクランダー」が付属。「アイアンカッター」「ドリルミサイル」を両腕に装備した最強のマジンガーZだ！
「後期型ジェットスクランダー」の主翼は「サザンクロスナイフ」の射出孔パーツを差し替えることで前進翼と後進翼とを自在に組み替えることが可能。劇中の可変翼を両方再現できる。
