METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE RYUOUMARU transformation explanation video
Transform! Houou! And then... Transform! Super Houou! Equipped with an incredible two-stage transformation ver. A.N.I.M.E. "RYUOUMARU" is finally available in METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE!
The long-awaited "RYUOUMARU" is now available in the popular METAL BUILD DRAGON SCALE! In addition to the concept of "movable exterior" and "internal structure that houses a soul", this product's original two-stage transformation mechanism allows it to transform into the "Super Houou" form! With a particular texture that makes full use of die-casting, clear parts, and coloring, and a particular mechanism that completely renews conventional wisdom, we have created the highest quality "RYUOUMARU" ever!
In addition to gold plating, die-casting, and clear parts, pearls and metallics are used throughout to create a gorgeous representation of the strongest demon.
Shining gold coloring throughout, design peeking out from inside the clear parts of the head. Realizing the "Soul of the Golden Dragon" with the unique expression of METAL BUILD.
The movable exterior mechanism allows for high-density and powerful posing.
Thanks to the well-thought-out movable structure of the wings and legs, it can smoothly transform into Houou form without replacing parts.
The head of the Houou form is equipped with a new mechanism that allows the pupils to appear only when the head is transformed. This carefully captures the transition of the will of "RYUOUMARU", the soul of the warrior.
As an original ver. A.N.I.M.E., it can transform from the Houou form into the "Super Houou" form by using a further transformation mechanism. The internal structure is exposed, the flight feathers appear, and it transforms into a new form unique to DRAGON SCALE.
Using the pedestal, it is also possible to display it in phoenix form or super phoenix form.
The Horyu sword and scabbard shield have a profound expression and are larger in size, giving off an unprecedented presence.
The sheath shield that holds the Hōryuu Sword further enhances the dragon design and is the first reproduction of a mystical shield that "protects twice its area with its aura" using a variable ver. A.N.I.M.E..
The Horyu sword can be stored in the scabbard shield.
In addition to its alloy specifications and diverse textures, the movable exterior like dragon scales and the internal structure of its soul make for the most expressive "RYUOUMARU" ever.

With the help of many creators, this brand is the ultimate fusion of CHOGOKIN's strengths and the designs from the original work. CHOGOKIN utilizes its figure-making knowledge in each and every part of the figure. This includes using designs that dare to expose metal as-is while refraining use of alloys on the surface to evoke the feel of a real robot as well as designing the figures for movability and weight.
