The large weapon "Tactical Arms", which is the biggest feature of "Second L", reproduces the transformation gimmick into 3 forms of "Flight Form", "Sword Form" and "Gatling Form" as well as the setting!

アニメ「機動戦士ガンダムSEED」と同じ世界、同じ時代で繰り広げられるもう一つの物語。主人公は、壊れたモノを回収、修理するジャンク屋の少年ロウと、戦いの裏に生きる傭兵の劾。二人が偶然ASTRAYというモビルスーツを手に入れた所から物語は始まる。おもに雑誌での連載で展開され、コミック、小説、模型を使ったフォトストーリーなどそれぞれの作品が調和を織りなしながら組み合わさった物語展開に加え、アニメ本編との連動も本作品の魅力のひとつだ。
