I think that the work "KAMEN RIDER FOURZE" is quite special among Heisei riders. The basic format is also quite different from other Heisei riders, but above all, it's "bright"! !

And I think that a considerable percentage of the brightness is the overwhelming “positive” of the character of the main character “Tsuru-chan (Taro Kisaragi)”.
It's a bit forcible, but if I could express this Gen-chan's "positivity", I think KAMEN RIDER FOURZE 's figure would be a big win.
And this "SIC KAMEN RIDER FOURZE Base States" is a fun figure that clearly conveys that "positivity". Big win done.

My first impression was that “the face looks like a string-chan”. A funny face that seems to be loved unconditionally if you are a junior, even if you are a junior and a handsome face with a shrunken small face. However, if you are a senior who makes you feel the strength of the core when you feel crisp, and you feel a gentleness, you are a reliable face.
SIC KAMEN RIDER FOURZE Base States looks like Gen-chan's "gentle but dignified face".
