In the setting in the play, it is a "mid-term type" that has been refurbished with Jaburo, and this commercialization reproduces the appearance with changed shoulder and chest parts.
And what I want you to pay attention to is the coloring. The coloring follows the image in the play, and the overall color tone is bright. The chest is a sky blue that is conscious of the TV series "Mobile Suit Gundam", which is the origin, and the white is a little yellow, giving it a warm atmosphere, and the presence in the play is reproduced as it is.

The head has been changed from the previous one to a new type. Director Yasuhiko is very particular about the Gundam's facial expressions, and even in "Cucuruz Doan's Island" he made fine adjustments for each cut. Another impressive scene in "Cucuruz Doan's Island" is the battle with Doan's Zaku. Since the shoulder joint has a pull-out structure, it is possible to hold the beam saber with both hands. The range of motion of the legs allows you to squat even deeper, allowing you to recreate the famous scene where Doan's Zaku is attacked from below.

In the play, the beam rifle and shield that were equipped in the opening scene of arriving at the island, and the hyper bazooka that has not appeared in the play are also included. Another point of interest for Doan's Zaku is the armor cracked and peeled off due to the damage of the attack, and the inner frame that can be seen from there. Due to this large amount of information, even though it is based on a mass-produced Zaku, it also expresses Doan's character, making it a creation that makes you want to take a closer look at each part. As for the paint, the dullness and faded image is expressed in a way that matches the damage expression, giving you the feeling of a battle-tested warrior.

The backpack is different from the mass-produced Zaku II in THE ORIGIN version that has been released in GFFMC so far, and uses new parts to create a simple shape closer to the TV series version. Of course, it also includes an opening and closing ver. A.N.I.M.E. for the thruster covers, which many fans were surprised to see as an interpretation.

The GFFMC version of the Zaku had a reputation for its wide range of motion, and it has been inherited by the Doan-only Zaku. The pull-out joint structure of the shoulder allows you to completely reproduce the impressive heat-hawk action of "swinging back and slashing" in the play. You can also land after an attack or sit on your knees, so you can enjoy posing the famous scenes in the play.

In the play, it is a Zaku dedicated to Doan who fought with only one heat hawk, but in GFFMC there are plenty of optional parts. A variation of the Zaku machine gun and MS bazooka are included, so you can take action poses with firearms while imagining what they would have been like in the past. As for the Zaku Bazooka, mounting parts for the school bag are also included, so it is possible to make it a heavy armored figure carrying two Zaku Bazookas. You can enjoy various situations of Zaku dedicated to Doan without being bound by the image in the play.

Finally, in combination with Gundam, I tried to reproduce the attack scene from Doan's Zaku. Thanks to the use of die-casting for the joints, you can freely take bold poses, so why not try recreating various battle scenes?
