The S.H.Figuarts GAMERVERSE series, inspired by the world of the MARVEL video game that excited not only comic book fans but also video game fans around the world in the 1990s and laid the foundation for the MARVEL (*Marvel at the time) boom in Japan, features "Spider-Man" and "Wolverine"!
This time, we'll be introducing two figures, "Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE)," scheduled for release in March 2026, and "Wolverine (GAMERVERSE)," scheduled for release in June 2026, with newly taken photos!

S.H.Figuarts Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE)
We start with S.H.Figuarts Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE), which is scheduled for release on March 14, 2026!Previous blogNow that I've introduced the basic information about the product, I'd like to focus on three points that immediately caught my attention and piqued my interest when I held the actual product in my hands!
"Spider-Man from that game has been turned into a figure!"

With its bright red and light blue body, it perfectly recreates the suit seen in the game.
And the web pattern covering the upper body may look at first glance like it's simply molded into the surface, but that's not the case at all.
Normally, Spider-Man figures would have black ink applied to the details, but by deliberately using a dark red for this detail, the web pattern is faithfully reproduced to closely resemble the image seen on the game screen. This coloring truly lives up to the name GAMERVERSE.
"Wow, it moves that much... its neck!"
While it looks so natural in a standing position that you might not even notice, the head can move up and down, and the neck also has a wide range of motion, allowing it to look straight up!

*The neck moves up and down fully, so you can recreate the familiar "low stance" from the game, as well as cool backflip kicks! Recreate them yourself using the separately sold "TAMASHII STAGE ACT HUMANOID"!
"Two head parts!"
There are undoubtedly many Spider-Man fans who are particular about the size of the eyes on the mask. This time, however, it comes with two head parts that reproduce two different eye sizes, which is a very generous feature that will satisfy such fans.
Since these are reproductions of the game version, both heads have large eyes, but those who want to be meticulous and recreate the moment when Spider-Sense is activated will surely be satisfied with the difference in eye size between these two head parts.

In conclusion, this "Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE)" figure should be the perfect choice for anyone who loves Spider-Man from the 90s comics or games.
The suit's proportions are not compromised despite its many movable parts, and the ease of movement gives the figure a sense of strength that allows it to be boldly posed. This will be a new experience for S.H.Figuarts users, and will be perfect for American toy fans who have yet to get their hands on S.H.Figuarts, as well as for figure newbies.
S.H.Figuarts Wolverine (GAMERVERSE)
Next is S.H.Figuarts Wolverine (GAMERVERSE), scheduled for release in June 2026.
Wolverine, one of the most popular characters among the X-Men, makes his appearance in a GAMERVERSE version.
This iconic costume, featuring a yellow body with black tiger stripes, blue gloves, boots, and shoulder pads, which is also used in the game version, is based on a 1990s costume that was revived by legendary artist Jim Lee and remains popular to this day.

*The yellow and black design, now a familiar 90s style, first appeared in 1975's "Giant-Size X-Men #1". Surprisingly, it didn't last long, with the costume changing around 1977, and then three years later, it was changed to the now-familiar brown and yellow costume. Wolverine was almost exclusively brown until Jim Lee returned to the yellow and black in 1992.
At first glance, the comic book version and the game version appear to have similar designs, but there are differences in the finer details. One of these differences is the size of the mask's headpiece.
A notable feature of the game version is that the headpiece is designed to be considerably larger than the comic book version. With the matte texture of the costume and the size of this headpiece, game fans will immediately recognize this as the game version of Wolverine.

Did you know that the black headpiece on Wolverine's mask, which has become synonymous with him, was a drawing mistake by Gil Kane, the artist who drew the comic book covers at the time? When Wolverine first appeared in 'The Incredible Hulk #181' in 1974, the headpiece was very small, but on the cover of 'Giant-Size X-Men #1' in 1975, Gil Kane drew a very large headpiece! However, it was decided that it looked cooler... and the large headpiece design that is seen in this film was adopted. It became the standard design for Wolverine's mask from then on.
And another thing I'd like you to pay attention to is Wolverine's adamantium claws, which are one of his most distinctive features.
As in the game, the thick and powerful claws are sculpted in "S.H.Figuarts Wolverine (GAMERVERSE)". The silver coloring, reminiscent of adamantium, is beautifully reproduced.
Furthermore, the wrist parts come in two types: "fists" and "open hands." Amazingly, by removing the cover on the back of the hand, you can attach claw parts to each, allowing you to enjoy both "fists" and "open hands" with or without claws.

* Use your adamantium claws to make them sting and provoke your opponent (mainly Scott)!
S.H.Figuarts The strength of the GAMERVERSE series of GAMERVERSE, Inc. is its wide range of motion and high reproducibility.
This Wolverine figure is divided into two sections at the neck and waist, which allows for a natural and realistic recreation of Wolverine's signature hunched-over, forward-leaning posture.

Furthermore, the shoulder pads are independently movable, so they don't interfere with the arms or shoulders, allowing for a faithful reproduction of the memorable slashing action arm movements from the Wolverine game.

Of course, this time too, it comes with a backing card that recreates the special move that fills the entire screen.

You can recreate the world-renowned motion that was praised by fans in its home country at the time, right before your eyes!
I want to tell you again and again because it is so important, but the best part of the S.H.Figuarts GAMERVERSE series is that you can recreate the clashes between heroes. Using the already released "Cyclops (GAMERVERSE)" and the "Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE)" released in March, you can have them fight as rivals or use them as tag team partners with friendship power. We hope that you will recreate your own fierce battles by using a variety of techniques!
