In The Movie" CHAINSAW MAN: Reze," the young girl Reze plays the main character, as the title suggests. In order to recreate her charm, the sculpture is packed with attention to detail, from her full body proportions to the flow of her hair and the texture of her outfit.

Comment from the project manager:
The design was particularly focused on the unique silhouette of Reze and the expression of the fingertips.
S.H.Figuarts We have tried to create a figure that does not spoil the charm of the character, so that not only fans of action figures, but also those who love the character itself, can pick up the figure.
Take her distinctive shorts, for example. Reze's shorts were actually more difficult to design than I thought. In videos, when she stands upright with her legs closed, the design looks like a miniskirt at first glance, but when you actually create the design in three dimensions, one misstep in balance results in a silhouette that looks like a "boy in shorts." If it were a still image figure, you could freeze Reze in the silhouette that makes her look her cutest, but that's not the case with an articulated figure.
No matter what pose she is in, I didn't want the shorts to look too boyish and distract from the scene being recreated, so I paid particular attention to the silhouette of the shorts along with the range of motion of the legs.

In addition to the sculpting, the coloring of each part is also important. In particular, no compromises are made in recreating the facial expressions, pursuing the impression of the animation in the movie to the utmost.

Comment from the project manager:
When coloring, particular attention was paid to the contrast in facial expressions.
The blushing expression has been recreated down to the finest detail, even in the eyes, so that everyone will find it charming and cute.
On the other hand, the serious expression has been completely changed to convey the wide range of emotions that Reze has as a character. Compared to Bomb, who is captivating with her actions, I think we've created an expression that will allow you to enjoy Reze, who is captivating with her expressions, even in your hands.

It also comes with interchangeable wrist and pin parts, as well as the facial expression from the moment the pin in his neck is removed, which is a very important scene in the movie.

Comment from the project manager:
This is a very memorable scene in the movie, so we paid particular attention not only to the mobility that allows you to recreate the pose, but also to the surrounding design.
In fact, Reze is quite petite even among the female characters in the CHAINSAW MAN series. Compared to Makima, who has a feminine and mature build, we worked with the sculptor to create a silhouette that is petite yet still retains a girlish quality.
Therefore, the wrists and other parts of the S.H.Figuarts series are made so small and thin that they are almost at the limit of what is possible.
One of the challenges was that because the shoulders and arms are exposed, there was no room for tricks or falsification, but I paid particular attention to the contours of the deltoid muscles in the upper arms, so I hope you will also notice that.

S.H.Figuarts bomb

The action scenes of Bombs are impressive, with their intense aerial battles and fast-paced attacks. In order to reproduce these dynamic battle scenes, a range of motion is provided that is unique to the S.H.Figuarts.

Comment from the project manager:
The first challenge was to determine how much movement to make the decorative parts around the waist.
In order to recreate Bomb's diverse action scenes, we felt that the detailed movement of this part was absolutely necessary, so we insisted from a very early stage that "it is a must that each joint can be moved and that it can be held at any angle," and the sculptor and factory worked very hard on this.

Comment from the project manager:
Bomb's actions in the movie were quite varied and intense, so we thought that the scenes that impressed each customer would be different, so we adjusted the movement of each joint and the decorative parts around the waist while being careful not to disrupt the costume or silhouette.
As a result, we were able to recreate the way the waist parts sway in the movie and the way they hang loosely to the ground, so we hope you'll give it a try!
