S.H.Figuarts Special interview with Tatsuomi Hamada as Riku Asakura/ Ultraman Geed in commemoration of the release of the "Ultraman Geed" series

Ultraman Seed's basic form, ULTRAMAN GEED PRIMITIVE, finally launches as S.H.Figuarts on Saturday, February 24, 2018.
Following the shipment of "ULTRAMAN BELIAL ATROCIOUS" in June, Tamashii web shop will begin taking pre-orders for the final form of Ultraman Geed" ULTRAMAN GEED ROYAL MEGAMASTER," from February 23rd.

In commemoration of this, we asked Mr. Tatsuomi Hamada, who played Riku Asakura, aka Ultraman Geed, to appear and talk about his impressions of the product and the highlights of The Movie released in March.

- Have you been touched on existing products or conventional ULTRA-ACT?

Hamada:I have a Jambot ULTRA-ACT.
Also, I found S.H.Figuarts of Ullaman Orb Orb Origin in the goodie bag I received at the recent launch of "Ultraman Geed".

──The Ultraman Geed series will finally be released.

Hamada:Well this is not it bad?
It is about 15 cm in size, but details and edges are amazing, are not there?

── Do you have anything else that you are collecting?

Hamada:There are a lot of old softwoods at home.
There are Zenon as well as Mobius and Max. Mobius is also Burning Brave and Phoenix Brave. I'm in a casual costume case.
There are also GLITTER TIGA and glitter version of Ultraman Boy.
In what I received, Cosmos, Justice and Legend's oversized figures were also present applicants from Terribies.

── How about actually watching this product?

Hamada:Can I touch it?
Oh, it's cool even if you stand standing. Wow, that is amazing. Only a terrible word came out (laugh).
I am glad that the back has been finely painted.
Firmly visible even when you move the joint. great!

──Since Primitive is the first Ultraman to transform, isn't it special?

Hamada:There is a feeling, after all.
I like fighting the most. It's about to start off with knee kicking (laugh).
The fighting way that fights, such as fight kicks when fighting with Atroasius, is good.
SHFiguarts also has that feeling and is cool.
I guess it will be amazing when it comes to red eyes.

──The wrist for Wrecking Burst is planned to have a stretched hand like other Ultraman, but when I checked the steel cut, I noticed that it was different, and it seems that it was changed to one with open fingers in a hurry.

Hamada:That's right.
Moreover, when shooting a ray, the little finger is aligned with the fin of the arm.
I think that the neighborhood is well reproduced. Can I try adding light ray parts as well?
Wow, that's fun ...... Oh! The movable range is wide!
There is one shoulder joint more than an orb. It is designed to be pulled out one step. It is amazing. Oh, the toes also move!
I can not stop grinning any more (laugh).

── The second Atorosis is said to be shipping in June.

Hamada:Is it possible to reproduce the fight of the last round? Looking at this way, Atrocious is also cool and confused.
Perhaps because it is darkly black, joints and other things are less noticeable.
It looks very smooth. Of course Jade is also cool, but it is cool as a villain against it.
Dark hero feeling has come out.
Sharpness of this claw, etc. Detail Is not it awesome terrible?

─ ─ Age is over 15 years old.

Hamada:If it is normal it will be sharpened where the point can not be sharpened. It is good, is not it. The wickedness stands out.
Oooh, I'm scared. The back is amazing. Oh, you can draw out a shoulder in this one too.
He is a father similar to his son and a son similar to his son (laugh).
I want to arrange this. You will want to arrange a lot of buildings and so on and you will want to take a diorama. I am cool.

─ ─ And how about the third Royal mega master?

Hamada:Well, I made a terrible thing again.
Wow, Cloak is amazing! You can spread it. Shoulder even moves! The color is also glittery.
In gold and silver, purple has a good way of shining. I also have a King Sword.
When I was first presented with Royal Mega Masters, I think that there were also many people who were a little confused after all, but I was watching the place where I actually move with the main part and the show, "It was cool!" "Luxurious I was very happy to hear saying "I am!"
This item seems to embody it. Only cool things come out.
Only "cool" "godly" "precious" only (laugh).

── What do you like in Jade's type change?

Hamada:I am a magnificent.
But when you look at this, it seems you are leaning towards Royal Mega Master. (Moving it) Oh, this is it! That's amazing! The cloak can be quite expressive. Where to go bashfully, or where the first appearance of episode 17 landed.
Oh, this is already not told unless you all have to move it with your own hands. It is a waste if you do not buy it and come touch it (laugh).

── I am happy that Magnificent is also released.

Hamada:In this way you will want all of them. With this reproducibility it is awesome if you can do Jedo Multi Layer (※ double appeared at the last TV show, each type of Zid is a side by side).
Confront with Atrocities, aligning Primitive, Solid Burning, Across Masher, Magnificent, Royal Mega Master with Burn! It looks like.
That is exactly like a slightly nightlike diorama to reproduce the final round. Ok, I want to see it, that!

── What is the attraction of Magnificent?

Hamada:The type change from Primitive to Acro Smasher to Solid Burning was Riku's transformation as Ultraman Geed, receiving prayers from various people = Little Star, but Magnificent is a little different.
It is because there was a father like Mr. Masaru who nurtured and protected Riku and Mr. Masashi's Little Star jumped out because he asked Riku "I want you to live" instead of Jind.
"Father" is a very important keyword in the story of Geed. FATHER OF ULTRA capsule is activated by the prayer of the father, and the opponent he fights is ULTRAMAN BELIAL who is also FATHER OF ULTRA, so it's all connected to his father.
The type change at this time thinks that Jid who has been fighting in solitude until now is wanted by someone for the first time, I think that it is the moment when pushed back and transformed.
I feel that the feelings of such Riku are appearing in Magnificent 's solid form and heavy armor.
With the protection of his father, I felt that I was feeling that I was trying to take it firmly and make it my own power.
Strong style that leads to old professional wrestling, like to fight, to receive all the opponent's skills and return from then. I like battle fighting with roughness in a different meaning from the primitive, I like it.
I am looking forward to the day when the lineup will come. (Laugh).

─ ─ Do you have any characters that wish to be commercialized in this series among the Ultra Heroes and monsters of the past, not limited to Jade?

Hamada:It is Justice (immediate answer).
I like Ultraman Justice's crusher mode. From a generational point of view, Nexus, Max, and Mobius are all right, but when I was in kindergarten, from the ages of 3 to 4 to around 7, I always played the The Movie of 'Ultraman Cosmos VS Ultraman Justice: The Final Battle' in the car. I was watching. It was "Kosjas" or "Uru Koro".
It is already cool, I like the most among the past. Justice, Justice and Magnificent, please (haha).

──Speaking of The Movie, `` The Movie Ultraman Geed will connect! Negai!!” is about to be released.

Hamada:Yes. It will be released on Saturday, March 10th.
It is Ultimate Final. Because I could not go to see the special effects scene shooting at first I also saw the real thing for the first time at the director's cut screening on November 30 th (Thursday) last year. I do not have anything like a jeode, but as I saw my eyes, it was Jedo, so I was surprised that "Jade, this is it!"
Feeling that the chest was very thick and batte. Still it is not wearing armor like Magnificent or Royal Mega Master, but the physical seems to be strong though it is still raw.
The lines of the body are also geometrically based on yen and straight lines unlike before. It was a Zead that was not really Zead.
But it is cool, absolutely. There is also a giga finalizer. It's big.
When it transforms it is moderate size, but it is very big after transformation. Giga ○ ○ ○ ○ I think that everyone remembered to name it, but please pay attention to the relevance to it.
The content is so stuffed and it is a dense 74 minutes of compressed various story. If you just saw it once, it might not be able to catch up to the details.
The story of each person is complicatedly combined into one story.
I want Ultraman Orb fans to see it. It's a work full of elements that make you say, "This is what I wanted to see!"

── What is the movie like?

Hamada:In addition to the multi-layered story, the coolness of the returning Guy, Juggler, and Ultraman Orb stands out.
Because of the position of guest performance, its dependence and dignity of seniors are oozing. I want you to see every corner.
A joint struggle between Jade and Orb is also good ~. People who like Orb and Zido are thinking that they keep going all the while (laugh).

──You want to reproduce it with SHFiguarts.

Hamada:I agree. It is amazing to move after all.
Besides, there were various figures of Zido, but this is really for adults.
It is skillful. I am going to buy it (laugh).

── Please give me a message at the end.

Hamada:While various Ultraman, monsters, and members have been released in this series so far, the feeling that "This is different from the previous Ultraman!" Is appearing even in SHFiguarts.
I think that sense of alienation is what Ultraman Geed is all about. I would like you to pick it up, look at it, move it, photograph it, and enjoy it to your heart's content.
I am cool enough to buy it and watch it for a week or so while standing.
Next time let's take a pose, change the pose, think further new pose and diorama, I think that you can fully enjoy the creativity and enjoy it. Please come by all means!
