New Graduate Recruitment4th year since joining the company

I've loved special effects since I was a student, and I applied because I wanted to be involved in a business that would help people love the works even more through products and provide courage and inspiration. I applied to the Collectors Division, which is developing its business worldwide, making use of my experience living abroad.

Job satisfaction

I have the opportunity to negotiate with sales agency managers and corporations in a wide variety of industries, and I learn something new every day. I face challenges and coordinate in-store promotions and event planning both inside and outside the company to find ways to get fans to buy our products and make them happier. I get excited when we make it happen!

  • 9:30go to the office

    In the morning, I go to work while reading a popular manga. I check my email while drinking coffee and organize my tasks for the week.

  • 10:00Visiting business partners

    After making a final check of the business documents prepared in advance, we visit the client. We bring product samples with us so that the client can touch the products and understand their appeal.

  • 12:00lunch

    I often go to the company cafeteria or a nearby restaurant and have fun eating with everyone on my team! When I'm busy, I sometimes buy a bento and eat it in the break space.

  • 13:00Progress sharing meetings for each project

    Meetings with product planning and promotion staff regarding pre-release products. We share sales data for existing related products and coordinate future promotional measures and MD plans.

  • 14:00Document creation, data collection and analysis

    In addition to collecting and analyzing data, I will create proposal materials for clients and internal materials. I will understand sales trends and analyze demand while consulting with my superiors and seniors. I will also come up with an image of the sales floor together with product planning and promotion staff for proposals.

  • 15:00Negotiations with business partners

    We will negotiate with another business partner regarding sales strategies and future measures.

  • 17:00Store visit

    We visit the stores we are in charge of to check the display status and sales trends of our company's products. We consider marketing from a position close to that of the fans and provide feedback to the business division.

  • 18:00leaving work

    Sometimes I leave work right after visiting the stores. Sometimes I leave work late because I have to prepare documents, but on days when I finish early I enjoy my hobbies! Sometimes I go golfing or playing darts with my seniors. I also go out to dinner with business partners!
