As soon as I arrive at work, I check my emails to see if there are any urgent matters that need to be dealt with, and if there are, I contact the person in charge right away to deal with them.

10:00Check the progress list for the final sample
I check the current status of the final samples before shipping for each product. I confirm when each sample is scheduled to arrive, whether any samples are delayed, which samples are due to arrive soon, etc., and share this information with product development staff and staff in related departments.

11:00Meeting with directly managed store staff
We will check from a customer service perspective whether there are any operational issues regarding events and initiatives planned at directly managed stores.

11:15Checking the final sample
Check the progress list of the final samples, and if any samples have arrived at the company, perform a final check before shipping. Check whether the condition of the samples meets the company's standards, etc., and if there are no problems with the samples, get approval from your department and related departments.

13:00Checking the final sample
After lunch, we resume the check of the final samples that we had been doing in the morning. By the way, the products cannot be shipped without the approval of the Collectors Division and related departments, so although it takes time, it is one of the most important tasks.

15:00Confirmation of inquiries from customer service desk
The CS team is also responsible for dealing with customer service issues. They review the inquiry data received at the customer service desk and share it with the relevant parties. In the case of product defects, they urge the manufacturer to investigate the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence.

15:30Quality improvement meeting with manufacturers
We hold monthly meetings with manufacturers to improve quality. We share the current status of product complaints and report on quality improvement measures from the manufacturers to implement quality improvement initiatives.

16:30Meeting with related departments
We will discuss product issues with the product development team and related departments, and decide how to deal with the issue.

We check ethics inquiries received from product planning and development staff against company regulations. After checking, we share the documents with the ethics confirmation team in another department and ask them to check that the content is correct.

18:00Review tasks and confirm tomorrow's meeting
I do a final check to make sure there are no cases that have been overlooked. Since there are more meetings tomorrow, I check what I need to prepare.

After work, I go shopping for dinner at the supermarket and then head home! The time I get home varies depending on the day, but on days when I can leave work early, I try to relax at home as much as possible!
