『大空魔竜ガイキング』50周年に名作アイテム「超合金 大空魔竜」が復活！復活版は大空魔竜ヘッドが着脱式で渦巻き防御体勢「ボリューションプロテクト」に変形！付属するガイキングは大空魔竜に合体できる「大空魔竜ヘッド」と上半身、下半身の3つのパーツに分離・合体が可能！！さらに塗装されたミニ恐竜戦隊3機も付属。これが理想の「超合金 大空魔竜＆ガイキング」だ！
『大空魔竜ガイキング』50周年に「超合金 大空魔竜」復活！大空魔竜と同スケール相当にミニサイズ化した「超合金ガイキング」が新たに付属。大空魔竜との合体が楽しめるようになった！彩色済みの恐竜戦隊も付属！
全長約200㎜の超合金 大空魔竜！1976年に発売された超合金の当時品をスキャンすることで形状、各部のメッキパーツやカラーリングまで再現！ダイキャストの使用部位は増強しているぞ！
復活版は当時品では外れなかった大空魔竜の頭部が脱着できる！アニメ劇中どおりの渦巻き防御体勢への変形とガイキングとの合体コンビネーションが可能となった！
これが渦巻き防御体勢「ボリューションプロテクト」だ！復活版では頭部が外せるのでアニメ劇中どおりの変形が可能になった！
当時品には付属していなかったミニサイズ超合金（全高約70㎜）のガイキングがついてくる！1976年発売の「超合金ガイキング」をスキャンし大空魔竜と同スケール相当に縮小して形状を忠実に再現している！
ミニサイズ超合金ガイキングは「大空魔竜ヘッド」と「パート１（上半身）」「パート２（下半身）」の3つのパーツに分離・合体が可能！
ミニサイズ超合金ガイキングから分離した「大空魔竜ヘッド」は大空魔竜の頭部として合体が可能になっている！
ミニサイズ超合金ガイキングの大空魔竜ヘッドと合体した大空魔竜だ！当時品ではできなかったアニメ劇中での合体ギミックが再現できるようになったぞ！
大空魔竜やガイキングとともに戦う恐竜戦隊「スカイラー」「バゾラー」「ネッサー」3機のメカがマイクロサイズで付属。大空魔竜の腹部ハッチ内に格納できる。恐竜戦隊各機は彩色済みとなっているぞ。
大空魔竜の両翼にはミサイル発射ギミックを装備！ミサイルを射出して楽しめる。
大空魔竜のシッポは各関節部が可動。シッポについているクロウラー部はダイキャスト製となって合金の重量感がよりUPしている。
