超次元高速機ドルギラン形態としてディスプレイベースに設置できる。同じディスプレイベースで電子星獣ドル形態でも設置可能。

ギラン円盤の前方にはスプリングを内蔵したカタパルトがあり、ボタンを押すと射出ギミックによりミニサイズマシンの発進アクションが楽しめる。
電子星獣ドルは通常時には頭部と首、四肢、尻尾を折りたたんで格納し、ギラン円盤の下部に合体して「超次元高速機ドルギラン」となる。
電子星獣ドルは全長約270mm。東洋の龍をモチーフにしたメカの独特な姿を完全再現。
ギラン円盤のみでの展示ができるディスプレイベースも付属。ギラン円盤の全長は約175ミリ。
ギラン円盤の天面ドームはスライドして展開。内部に「高次元戦闘車ギャビオン」と「サイバリアン」のミニサイズマシンを格納・搭載できる。
電子星獣ドルの戦闘シーンに毎回登場する敵メカ「マクー戦闘円盤」が3機付属。ディスプレイスタンド使用で3機編隊を組むことができる。電子星獣ドル対マクーのバトルシーンを再現できる。
電子星獣ドルの口は開閉し、首や尻尾はボールジョイントで可動。四肢は各関節部で可動する。
超次元高速機ドルギランの「ドルユニット」がギラン円盤から分離し、機体を左右に展開して頭部と首、四肢、尻尾が出現。電子星獣ドルへと完全変形する。
宇宙刑事ギャバンの頼もしい相棒である龍型ロボット「電子星獣ドル」と母船である「ギラン円盤」のセットアイテム。ギラン円盤には音声ICとスピーカーが内蔵され人気挿入歌「輝く王者ドルギラン」が鳴る。
