【彩色】炭治郎の日輪刀の特徴である漆黒の刃は、表面の艶感と彩色を面で変えることで“漆黒の刃”と“金属の刃のような輝き”の両立を実現。
細部にもこだわり、刀身と鍔の間に挟み込むハバキなどの表面の造形もリアルに再現。ハバキ部分にはダイキャスト素材を使用。質感にこだわり、鍔は刃と異なる金属をイメージしたメタリックブラックの塗装で表現。
