• ※「CTM先行販売（オーシャンステージ以上）」の準備数は限りがございます。準備数に達した時点で、ご注文の受付を終了いたします。
• *Items that have been closed may be accepted again.
• ※事前販売期間ではお一人様1個までが上限となります。一度のご注文で上限までご購入いただいた場合、二度目以降で同一の商品を購入することはできません。
• * SMS/phone authentication (authentication using a phone number) is required when applying for lottery sales products. We will contact you at the "phone number 1" you registered, so please check the phone number in the registration information on My Page. (If you have already been authenticated, you may not be asked for authentication.)

■ About payment

• * Payment is fully prepaid.
• * In principle, cancellation / change after settlement can not be done. Please note.

  • ・抽選販売：「クレジットカード前払い」「プレバンPay（応募時払い）」「あと払い（ペイディ）」
• * Pre-charge of the required amount (tax included product fee + shipping fee) is required to apply for the lottery with Prevan Pay.
  At the time of lottery application, the required amount will be deducted from the balance, and in case of loss or cancellation of the lottery, the entire amount will be returned to the balance. (Cash refund of Prevan Pay balance is not accepted). Please check the details before applying.

■ About acceptance

受け取り場所　TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO SHOP ZONE

• ＊事前に購入いただいた商品のお受取りには1台の携帯端末（スマートフォン・タブレット含む）で表示した「受け取り用二次元コード」のご提示が必要です。印刷およびキャプチャ画面等の二次元コードでは商品のお受け取りができませんのでご注意ください。
• ＊「事前販売分」の配送は一切お受けできません。必ずご来場できる方のみお申し込みください。
• * At the time of delivery on the day, identity verification documents will be used to confirm identity.
  As you can not hand over to person who can not prepare confirmation documents, please be careful in the case of application.

• ＊当日の混雑状況により、時間帯によってはお受け取りまでお待ちいただく場合がございます。
• ＊期間内にお受け取りいただけなかった場合、2023年11月上旬から順次､ご注文はキャンセルとなります｡
• * If canceled, the total amount of the order will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 570 yen(actual cost).
  詳細はイベント終了後、対象者へメールもしくは電話で別途ご連絡いたしますので、必ず内容をご確認ください。
• ＊期間内に商品をお受け取りいただけなかった場合、会員登録の取消しを行う場合がありますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• ＊購入・受け取りの権利を譲渡・売買することは禁止いたします。
• ＊購入・受け取りに伴いお客様の端末で発生する通信費はお客様のご負担となります。
• ＊受け渡し後の、紛失等のトラブルに関しては、主催者・店舗は一切の責任を負いかねますので、予めご了承ください。
