Basara Nekki's mecha is now available from DX CHOGOKIN!

The VF-19 CUSTOM EXCALIBUR, the Fire Valkyrie piloted by Basara Nekki. For the DX CHOGOKIN version, a new gimmick has been added that allows the cover parts that are left over after transformation to be stored away. In addition to the two open and closed versions, a singing face part with original DX CHOGOKIN specifications is included. The shoulder speaker units also feature a linking gimmick. Two miniature pilot figures of Basara Nekki are also included.

About the Series

Macross 7
"Listen to my song!" Basara Nekki, lead vocalist of the rock band Fire Bomber, is the "protagonist who doesn't fight." He's voiced by Nobutoshi Canna for spoken lines and Yoshiki Fukuyama when singing, setting a precedent for later characters in the Macross universe, such as Sheryl Nome from "Macross Frontier" and Mikumo Guynemer from "Macross Delta." The series is known for its use of only vocal songs instead of background music for its soundtrack. There are a total of 49 episodes.
