[STEP 1]
　S.H.Figuarts『僕のヒーローアカデミア』シリーズで発売中の商品を購入。
[STEP 2]
　ポージングした写真を撮影＆お気に入りポイントをコメントし、XまたはInstagramに
　「#ヒロアカポージングアカデミア」または「#t_shfMHA」のハッシュタグを付けて投稿するだけで参加完了。

　X・Instagramすべての投稿の中から3名の写真を選出し、「SHF ヒロアカポージングアカデミアビッグ3 第2期生」として後日表彰！オリジナルのデジタル表彰状をお送りいたします。

　※選出された投稿者様には、Xは魂ネイションズ公式X（@t_features）、Instagramは魂ネイションズ公式Instagram（@Instamashii）よりDMにて事前にご連絡いたします。DMを受け取れるよう、ご自身のアカウント設定をお願いいたします（設定方法は、XやInstagramのヘルプ画面・設定画面等をご確認ください。当社窓口ではDM設定方法についてご説明できかねます）。

■Points to note when posting photos

・魂ネイションズの商品であっても、異なる作品・「S.H.Figuarts 緑谷出久」「S.H.Figuarts 爆豪勝己」「S.H.Figuarts 緑谷出久＆爆豪勝己 PLUS ULTRA オプションパーツセット」以外のキャラクター商品が混在した写真の投稿はご遠慮ください。
・Any processing or image composition that significantly changes the shape or coloring of the product itself will not be subject to judging.
・指定ハッシュタグ以外を付けた投稿や、引用投稿、コメントが無い等、「参加方法」に記載の手順を満たしていない投稿は審査対象外となる場合があります。
・Please do not post any information that could lead to the identification of individuals (SNS IDs, nicknames, statements, photos showing your face, etc.). Submissions that appear to be of this nature will not be subject to review.
・When using materials provided on the Internet or elsewhere as the background of a photo, etc., please confirm in the terms of use and usage instructions that participation in this campaign is within the scope of the intended use (including use by our company such as publishing posts). Our company is not responsible for any disputes or troubles with third parties arising from the use of such materials.

株式会社BANDAI SPIRITS（以下「当社」といいます）が実施いたします『第2回 SHFヒロアカポージングアカデミア』（以下「本施策」と表記します）の参加に際しては、下記の記載事項をよくお読みいただきますようお願いいたします。本施策に参加された場合には、本注意事項に同意されたものとみなし、本注意事項や本施策の運営方法について一切異議等を申し立てないものとします。未成年者の方（15歳以上17歳以下）は法定代理人（親権者等）の方と本注意事項の内容を確認し、同意を得てご参加ください。

◎ Regarding use of submitted photos

投稿に関しましては、当社は下記の態様で、無償で使用させていただけるものとします。また、加工等を施す可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。
・ Publishing on our website, blogs operated by our company, SNS, etc.
・ Posting on various advertising materials created by the Company
・ Publishing in media such as hobby magazines
・ Exhibition at various events in which the Company participates
- Use in any other manner that the Company deems necessary for promotional purposes

◎Other precautions

・We do not accept ideas (plans, proposals, etc.) from customers.
・In the unlikely event that a dispute with a third party arises as a result of a post, the participant shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and if our company or other third parties suffer damages as a result, the participant shall be liable for compensation.

◎X・Instagramでの投稿に関しての注意事項

If we determine that the content of your post falls under any of the following items, you will not be considered for selection. Even if this is discovered after the selection, we will cancel your selection.
・In cases where the content includes or may infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, portrait rights, honors, etc. of third party rights.
・When it contains false content that is contrary to the facts.
-In cases where it contains information relating to the privacy of others and information that can identify an individual such as the name, email address, address, or telephone number of another person.
・Including advertisement/promotion, sales activities, public office campaigns, specific ideas, solicitation to religion, or similar contents.
・When including pornographic novels/photos, solicitation for sexual relations, and other obscene content.
-Including cases that significantly promote violence, cruelty, or crime in children and adolescents and impede their sound development.
