This OVA work, with story by author Harutoshi Fukui, depicts the world three years after the events of "Char's Counterattack." Contains a wide variety of elements to pull in existing fans, including details about the beginning of the Universal Century and 100 years of never-before-seen secrets, the inside story of the Earth Federation government, Neo Zeon after Char's death, the missing Mineva Rao Zabi, as well as the appearance of both old and new mobile suits.
