対応期限はレシート記載の購入日から６か月以内です。
The deadline of our support is within 6 months from the purchased day listed on your receipt.

部品を発送する場合がありますが、お客様自身で事前にお客様の国・地域の輸入に関する法規制や禁制品をご確認下さい。万が一、当社がお客様に発送した部品がお客様の国・地域において没収され、又は関税その他の税金が課されても 当社は一切の責任を負いません。
In case of Bandai Co., Ltd. sending you some parts, you should investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into your country, including goods restricted for import. In the unlikely event that some parts are not allowed for import into your country or is subject to tax, Bandai Co., Ltd. cannot accept responsibility.
